Popular monday.com and Notion workflows
Connect monday.com and Notion with Make. Automate manual tasks, sync real-time data, and build more efficient workflows.
Add Notion database items (pages) to Monday as items
Use this template to automatically create a Monday item when a new Notion database item (page) is created. If you want to sync the task's status, we recommend creating a Notion property of type select and adding the Monday statuses to it as options. For a 2-way items synchronization, use it in combination with this template. We recommend marking items imported from Notion, for example by creating a Notion ID text column where you'll store IDs of Notion items. These items will be left out by the Make automation that imports Monday items to Notion.
Add items from a Monday board to a Notion database
Use this template to automatically create a Notion database item (page) when a new Monday item is created. See this Notion database for reference. For a 2-way items synchronization, use it in combination with this template. We recommend marking items imported from Monday, for example by creating a Monday ID text property where you'll store IDs of Monday items. These items will be left out by the Make automation that imports Notion items to Monday.

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
