Every time a new ticket is opened in Wix Answers, Make will automatically add the ticket information to a DataBox dashboard. This template uses this example dashboard.
Create your own workflow
Create custom workflows by choosing triggers, actions, and searches. A trigger is an event that launches the workflow, an action is the event.
Adds an agent reply or an internal note to a ticket.
Creates a ticket for a user.
Creates a new article and returns the newly created article.
Gets the information of a ticket by its ID.
Returns an article by ID per locale.
Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.
