Every time a new response is submitted in Survey123, a new row will be instantly created in a Microsoft 365 Excel worksheet.
This template was created based on a survey with these questions:
- Full Name
- Phone number
- Describe your problem
Our target worksheet had these columns:

You can use your own survey/spreadsheet with different questions but you will need to update the mappings in the Excel module.
