This template regularly checks for new rows in a Google Sheets spreadsheet and uses the retrieved information to upload new users into LinkedIn Matched Audiences.
The template is using this sample Google Sheets spreadsheet as the source of the data. You should make a copy of it before configuring the template.
For the best performance, your should fill out as many columns as possible but as the bare minimum, your spreadsheet should always provide these fields:
- First name
- Last name
Having the contact associated with company information will also improve match rates on LinkedIn, however it's not mandatory for this template to work.
The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template by clicking the clock icon on the first module.
Create your own workflow
Create custom workflows by choosing triggers, actions, and searches. A trigger is an event that launches the workflow, an action is the event.
Adds companies to an audience by their names.
Adds users to an audience by their IDs.
Creates a new conditional format rule at the given index. All subsequent rules' indexes are incremented.
Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.
Adds a new sheet.
Attaches an uploaded list file to a list upload audience.
Appends multiple rows to the bottom of the table.
Updates multiple rows.
Clears a specified range of values from a spreadsheet.
