Human in the Loop

With Human in the Loop modules in Make, you can add human approval steps where needed to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability in your automated or semi-automated workflows.

Note

Human in the Loop is currently in closed beta testing.

Connect Human in the Loop to Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a Human in the Loop module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

    Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. Click Save.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Human in the Loop modules.

Build Human in the Loop Scenarios

After connecting the app, you can perform the following actions:

Triggers

Review Completed (Instant)

Triggers when a Human in the Loop review was approved, adjusted, or canceled.

Actions

Cancel Review Request

Cancels a Human in the Loop request. Triggers a webhook with ‘canceled’ status.

Connection

Establish a connection to Human in the Loop.

Request UUID

Enter the UUID for the request to be canceled.

Create Review Request

Creates a Human in the Loop request, returns a review URL, and sends the reviewed data to the defined webhook.

Connection

Establish a connection to Human in the Loop.

Text to review

Enter the text to be reviewed.

Prompt

Enter a prompt to see why certain text was generated.

Additional data to include in the review process

Select Basic or Advanced.

For Basic, add additional data items.

For Advanced, enter text or JSON. For JSON, the Review Completed trigger will parse the JSON in the output.

Show prompt

Select Yes, No, or Empty, or map a value.

Show additional data

Select Yes, No, or Empty, or map a value.
