To get started with SolarWinds Service Desk, create an account at solarwinds.com.
Connect SolarWinds Service Desk to Make
To connect SolarWinds Service Desk app, you need to obtain the API Key.
Log in to your SolarWinds Service Desk account.
Click Setup.
Click Users & Groups.
Click Name.
Click Show Token and copy it to a safe place.
Log in to your Make account, insert a SolarWinds Service Desk module in your scenario and click the Add button next to the Connection field.
In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the API Token field, enter the details copied in step 5, select whether you are a European-based customer, and click Save.
You have successfully connected the SolarWinds Service Desk app and can now build Make.
Users
You can watch, list, retrieve, create, update, and delete users using the following modules.
Triggers when a new is created.
