OfficeRnD Flex

With OfficeRnD Flex modules in Make, you can manage the members, memberships, bookings, events, fees, contracts, and posts in your OfficeRnD Flex account.

To use the OfficeRnD Flex modulesOfficeRnD Flex, you must have an OfficeRnD Flex account. You can create an account at officernd.com.

Connect OfficeRnD Flex to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

  1. Obtain your client credentials in OfficeRnD Flex.

  2. Establish the connection in Make.

Obtain your client credentials in OfficeRnD Flex

To obtain your client credentials from your OfficeRnD Flex account:

  1. Log in to your OfficeRnD Flex account.

  2. Click Settings > API Access > Add Application.

  3. Enter the name of the application, description, select the permissions, and click Add.

  4. Click View.

  6. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret values shown and store them in a safe place.

You will use these values in the Client ID and Client Secret fields in Make.

Establish the connection with OfficeRnD Flex in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a OfficeRnD Flex module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the Client ID and Client Secret fields, enter the credentials copied above.

  4. In the Org Slug field, enter the user-friendly slug details of your OfficeRnD Flex account. For example, if your account website address is https://app.officernd.com/make-1/ then your org slug is make-1.

  5. Click Save.

  6. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more OfficeRnD Flex modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
