Product Hunt
With Product Hunt modules in Make, you can watch for posts and execute GraphQL queries in your Product Hunt account.
To use the Product Hunt modules, you must have a Product Hunt account. You can create an account at producthunt.com.
Refer to the Product Hunt API documentation for a list of available endpoints.
Connect Product Hunt to Make
To connect your Product Hunt account to Make, you must first create a custom app in your Product Hunt account and obtain your custom app credentials.
Log in to your Product Hunt account.
In the top-right corner, hover over your account icon and click on the API dashboard option.
Click on the Add an application button.
Enter a Name for your application (for example, Make) and paste the following address in the Redirect URI field:
https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/product-hunt
.Click on the Create Application button.
Copy the API Key and API Secret values and store them in a safe place. You will use these values in the Client ID and Client Secret fields when establishing the connection in Make.
Log in to your Make account, add a Product Hunt module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the Client ID field, paste the API Key value copied in Step 6.
In the Client Secret field, paste the API Secret value copied in Step 6.
Click Save.
If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Product Hunt modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
