TikTok Lead Forms

With TikTok Lead Forms modules in Make, you can watch leads in your TikTok for Business account.

To use the TikTok Lead Forms modules, you must have a TikTok for Business account. You can create an account at tiktok.com/business.

Refer to the TikTok API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Establish the connection with TikTok Lead Forms in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a TikTok Lead Forms module to your scenario, and click Add to create a webhook.

  2. Optional: In the Webhook name field, enter a name for the webhook.

  3. For the Connection field, click Add.

  4. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  5. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your custom app client credentials. For more information, refer to the TikTok Developer documentation regarding obtaining your client key and client secret.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/tiktok-lead-forms.

  6. Click Save to create the connection.

  7. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

  8. In the Advertiser ID field, choose your Advertiser ID.

    The Advertiser ID can be found in your TikTok for Business account. In the top-right corner, click on the dropdown with your account name. Your Advertiser ID will be shown below.

  9. In the Page ID field, select the page ID of your instant form that generates the leads you want to subscribe to.

  10. Click Save.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more TikTok Lead Forms modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

Build TikTok Lead Forms Scenarios

After connecting the app, you can perform the following action:

    This module triggers whenever there is a change in a lead.

Note

This app uses webhooks to trigger a scenario when an event occurs instantly. All webhook modules have an instant tag next to their name.

When you create a TikTok Lead Forms webhook in Make, it is attached automatically and requires no additional set up.
