CleverReach

With CleverReach modules in Make, you can manage and/or monitor the subscribers, order items and campaigns in your CleverReach account.

To use the CleverReach modules, you must have a CleverReach account. You can create an account at cleverreach.com.

Refer to the CleverReach API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect CleverReach to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

  1. Obtain your Account Number in CleverReach.

  2. Establish the connection in Make.

Obtain your Account Number in CleverReach

To obtain your Account Number from your CleverReach account:

  1. Log in to your CleverReach account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Copy the Account number under your email address and store it in a safe place.

You will use this value in the Customer ID field in Make when creating the connection.

Establish the connection with CleverReach in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a CleverReach module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your custom app client credentials. To create these values, see the Create Custom App and Client Credentials section in CleverReach OAuth documentation.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/cleverreach.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Log in with my existing CleverReach account and connect.

  6. In the Customer ID field, paste the Account Number that you have copied above.

  7. In the Username and Password fields, enter your account login credentials.

  8. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more CleverReach modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
